Tomoyo After H Scene

So i am going to buy the VN on Steam. But i do some research and find out this one has a 18+ version. Since Steam is the only common place i have ever purchased anything from so i dont really know much about any other places to purchase VN. But after asking some people. They told me that the H scene is not that good and they said i will not likely miss anything from it. But some other people recommend me to buy the Perfect Edition because H scence is one of the major part of a VN. I am not really into H stuff. But the more the merrier. So if i have to choose i think i will go with the one has more content. So my question is which version should i buy? Does the place sell Perfect Edition ever have a sale on the product? Because if it does not have then i will go with the Steam one since the only thing i miss is some h scene but i save 70% on it instead

Memorial version has new scenes that make the three acts (prologue, middle and After) feel more connected and replaces the H-scenes in the prologue with humourous scenes. I'd recommend the Memorial version.

Tomoyo After H Scene

In an actual response, I certainly cannot like H scenes. I am a person who usually reads them through, however, and is the reason I am bothering to comment. There are scenes I will skip through no matter what, and scenes I read through.

I think you worded my thoughts pretty well by saying that there is a conscious choice. When a VN developer releases a game with H-scenes, what is their intent? Is it to sell it as pornograpic content? Or is it to enforce a story with the said scenes? For the former, then it is what it is. For the latter, see above argument. If both factors are intended, then they would have all the incentive to put them in. Which is why I appreciate it when the companies make a conscious decision not to do so. Not all companies can do that, of course, as it has been proven to be a very risky business choice, especially in this market.

I believe H scenes are a unique thing that is widely used in many visual novels, and is generally shied away from in many other mediums. It is because of this that there are many VNs that have a unique marriage between H and plot; and this relationship does not translate well into other, more standard, ways of telling a story. To this end, I believe that H scenes should be kept in the majority of VNs, and that the community should be more accepting of the unique aspects of the medium instead of ignoring them or attempting to get them removed. As far as what I do when they come up, I should probably point out that I have never masturbated to an H scene in any VN, nor do I ever plan to. I generally just read them and try to pay extra attention to the character/story development going on. Thought in all fairness, if the game or any of the characters participating are really THAT bad, I have been known to skip them every once in a while.

Well you are not wrong in pointing out that Jun Maeda say to the effect that tomoyo after is an altenate universe. I seen people said so but I nv seen the original interview which says so, so cant have 1st hand of that.

Some details like Tomoyo used of refreshing mint and tomoya unfunny jokes to Tomoyo are reference. I actually did not find anything out of place between clannad and tomoyo after beside takafumi vague time out of wheel chair, but even that can be explain to make sense.

I notice in WTC / Umineko / Higurashi: Based on fandom, it seems like for umineko the only difference is Kasumi Sumadera. Seems the case for higurashi is similar: the VAs reprise their role from the VN in the anime (or vice-versa in the cases where a VN is released after an anime episode).

well there is a reason for this the writer for key/visual art games writes most of this characters to have bitter sweet endings but has to write happy endings for mainstream appeal. Air and tomoyo after where the two games where the said writer could finally write the the way they wanted to and not b.s. the player.

The company began after a lot of workers broke off from Tactics after the creation of the game One: Kagayaku Kisetsu e, which has been adapted into a 3-episode hentai OVA as well as a 4-episode all-ages OVA. They then created Kanon, which was incredibly hyped before its release and even today is considered one of the best romance games, as well as the game that made the plot-heavy eroge just as commercially viable as its Porn Without Plot counterparts. Most of Key's games are of the utsuge variety, with a lot of emphasis on melodrama and sad storylines.

The gameplay in Tomoyo After follows a branching plot line which offers pre-determined scenarios with courses of interaction, and focuses on the appeal of the title character Tomoyo. Being a spin-off of Clannad, where Tomoyo is one of the game's heroines, Tomoyo After provides an expansion of Tomoyo's story after the events of Clannad and is written by Jun Maeda and Leo Kashida. The art was done by Fumio, as opposed to Itaru Hinoue who had done the art in Clannad. The game ranked as the best-selling PC game sold in Japan for the time of its release, and charted in the national top 50 twice more afterwards. A manga adaptation illustrated by Yukiko Sumiyoshi, under the title Tomoyo After: Dear Shining Memories, was serialized in Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Age Pure in 2007. Unlike the game which is told from Tomoya's point of view, the manga is told from Tomoyo's perspective. A single tankōbon volume was released in Japan in December 2007.

Throughout gameplay, the player is given multiple options to choose from, and text progression pauses at these points until a choice is made.[1] To view all plot lines in their entirety, the player will have to replay the game multiple times and make different choices to bring the plot in an alternate direction. In the adult versions of the game, there are scenes with sexual CGs depicting Tomoya and Tomoyo having sex. Later, Key released versions of Tomoyo After without the erotic content. Additional gameplay in Tomoyo After is a minigame called "Dungeons & Takafumis", which gives the player chances to play in a role-playing video game setting.[1] "Dungeons & Takafumis" becomes available to play after the game is completed once.

When Tomoyo After was ported to the PlayStation 2 (PS2), improvements to the game were included. This edition's scenario was expanded by the original staff after the removal of the adult content consisting of sex scenes.[1] Yūto Tonokawa wrote some of the additional story for Takafumi and Kanako.[6] With the added scenario and visuals combined, the PS2 edition is 1.5 times longer than the Windows edition. In the original version, the entire cast excluding Tomoya Okazaki, had full voice acting; this was not changed for the PlayStation 2 version. Added support was included so as to make the visuals on the television sharper than in the past with visual novels played on a consumer console rather than on a computer screen.[1] The PS2 version also reduced flickering of the picture, reducing eyestrain.[1]

The act of nerve gas terrorism occurred in a quiet residential area in the city of Matsumoto in Nagano. At 11:30 p.m., the Matsumoto police station received an urgent report from the ambulance team of the city Fire Defence Bureau, informing them that some patients had been transported to the hospital. The police immediately began to rescue the injured, and they began to conduct investigations. Many injured people were suffering from ocular pain, and from numbness of the hands. The next day, dead fish and crayfish were found in a pond near the scene. The carcasses of dogs, sparrows, a dove, and a large number of caterpillars were found under some trees. Trees and grass on the scene were observed withering, and the colour of the leaves had changed. Nearly all the casualties were discovered in a sector-shaped residential area, within a radius of 150 metres from the centre, near the pond. People near open windows, or in air-conditioned rooms, were severely exposed to toxins. Some victims had seen a fog with a pungent and irritating smell floating by very slowly. But the cause of the deaths and the poisonings remained a mystery for the first two days. Five dead residents were discovered in their apartments, and two died in the hospital immediately after admission. A total of 274 people were treated in the hospital. Typical symptoms included darkened vision, ocular pain, nausea, miosis, and a decrease in serum cholinesterase (ChE) activities. Autopsy findings showed intense post-mortem lividity, miosis, pulmonary edema, increased bronchial secretion, and congestion of the parenchymatous organs. The Nagano police investigation headquarters assumed that the causative toxic gases originated near the pond, and the police staff of the Identification Section performed an on-site inspection to gather evidence samples. The cult members had sprayed the Sarin at 10:40 p.m., and the Matsumoto police station was informed fifty minutes later. A routine analysis of on-site samples by the Nagano Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) failed to find any toxic substances. Three days later, the 2ff7e9595c
